Take hold of your online reputation! Camp Counselor Wendy hosted Get Online NOLA’s session at Summer Camp with StayLocal! They teamed up to provide local businesses with a two-day workshop on increasing your business’s organic web traffic and conversion rate. We went over how to acquire online reviews and what to do with them once you get them plus how to convert those reviews into customers.

Tuesday, July 19th, 8:30am – 10am: Business-to-Consumer (B2C)

Reputation Marketing enables your customers and clients to do the talking for you. This is so important in today’s online world, because consumers trust what other people say about you more than what you say about yourself. This session will explore platforms and strategies that Business to Consumer companies can use to increase new business and customer loyalty, while giving your SEO a boost too. We’ll look at the specifics of setting up, configuring, and maintaining review sites such as Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google +. We’ll also cover techniques for encouraging better customer reviews, and managing the inevitable bad ones.
